Cancellation Policy
Parents/guardians must return at the agreed upon time. Late returns may result in additional hourly charges and must be paid directly to the caregiver. Caregivers have the right to contact the emergency contact provided or local law enforcement. We encourage you to respect the caregiver and be on time however, Please notify the caregiver as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
